Applications for Summer School 2026 are now open

Our free STEM and English summer school returns to UCL in August 2026. Applications close at 5pm on Wednesday 15th July 2026 — two forms to submit.

Applications for Summer School 2026 @ UCL are now open. The programme is free for every participant — travel within TfL Zones 1–6, food and all learning materials are covered by Bridging the Future.

Dates

Week 1: Monday 03 August – Thursday 07 August 2026
Week 2: Monday 10 August – Thursday 13 August 2026

Sessions run from 10:00 to 16:30 each day.

Location

Department of Physics & Astronomy, University College London (UCL), Bloomsbury, Central London.

How to apply

There are two forms to complete, and both must be submitted for an application to be considered:

The student application form
The parent/guardian consent form

Deadline: 5pm, Wednesday 15th July 2026.

Who it is for

Young people aged 16–22 from refugee, asylum-seeking and forced-migrant backgrounds who have the ambition to study science, engineering, technology or mathematics at a UK university. There are 30 places available.
